En collaboration avec la Saké Sommelier Association de Londres, nous proposons chaque mercredi soir sur réservation uniquement, à PARIS une initiation aux goûts, entre saké, vin et chocolat, et toujours quelques surprises de gourmets. De 18h à 19h30. La dégustation est en présence d'un oenologue, expert en vins et saké.

Luxury exhibition worldwide: Promoting Sake, Fashion and wines!!

Extravaganza Moscow will be held from 24th to 26th October 2008,
at the Manege, the most luxurious exhibition space in Russia. The International Sake Association will have a space with Fashion and Luxury brands & tasting of Sake. Champagne, the Wine of the Tsar, from the French-South-West favoured by Nicholas II and named in his honour, will be presented as OTHER top WINES.
France-Japan-Russia. Tsars, Wines, Champagne & Sake! Italy is welcomed too. Just like the best!

Caviar et Japon en Champagne.

29 août - 8 septembre 2008. La mythique foire de Chalon en Champagne présentera un espace ouverture sur le monde, avec le Japon en invité d'exception. 200 000 visiteurs au moins sont attendus encore cette année.

Au programme, l'invention du nouveau cocktail entre Japon et Champagne, le vin de prune japonais et...Champagne, rebaptisé... kir -shu.., l'impérial étant pris. Mais aussi dégustations de saké (le saké est un vin et non un alcool) et Caviar rouge et noir de Russie à la cuillère, et bien d'autres surprises encore.
